We can accommodate additional people in the bungalows at a rate of £150 per person per week. Maximum a total of five people in two bedroom bungalows and eight people in three bedroom bungalows. Children < 2 years - free Cots / Highchairs provided free of charge on request Dogs welcome @ £70 per week (NB No restrictions on bringing dogs to Guernsey from the UK) All Bungalows are centrally heated for bookings out of Summer Season.

For Apartments & Bungalows: A deposit of 25% is required with all bookings. Balance one month prior to arrival. Please note that payments made are not refundable unless re-letting is achieved. We strongly recommend that you take out a General Holiday Insurance which will cover you against loss, for circumstances beyond your control. Infants aged under 2 free of charge. Payments accepted by Cheque/Postal order/ Access/Visa/Eurocard/Mastercard/Delta. Tenancy starts at 2 p.m. and ends at 10 a.m. Any day changeover, any length stay. Pets accepted from U.K. only (£100 per week). Open all year. Babysitting and hire of cars, bicycles, push chairs, etc. arranged on request.
